Project Description:
Working Spaces was invited by two of Seattle's top restaurateurs to provide project management, design assistance, furniture, finishes and technology products and services as they transformed the old Trader Vic’s restaurant in the Lincoln Center in downtown Bellevue into the new "Pearl Bar & Fine Dining." Armed with an aggressive schedule and budget the owners of Pearl worked with our staff to finalize interior finishes, furniture and hire a general contractor to revamp the venue in under 90 days. This project is an example of how Working Spaces can provide and manage a wide array of products and services to provide our clients with a single source solution.

Highlights of this project include custom designed lounge furniture, a custom illuminated room divider, custom stone bar top and private dining table top, flat panel TV’s in the bar and private dining room, sheer drapes to create intimate dining areas, and an innovative solution to deal with the wall coverings.

Pearl is now one of Bellevue’s hottest bar and restaurants and is a jewel in Working Spaces' repertoire of projects and further demonstrates the versatility, creativity, talent and dedication that make up Working Spaces Project.
